It all kicks off again tomorrow and I can hardly get up the enthusiasm for it.
Billy Stark, manager of promoted Queen's Park, had this to say about our chances:-
It'll be tough for Dumbarton to challenge due to a lack of investment, I think finishing in the top half of the table will be their limit.
and I agree with him. My feeling is that we'll be struggling to get into the promotion places this year. Tomorrow's match is against Elgin City, one of last season's whipping boys so a victory against them isn't going to tell us much, unless, of course, we absolutely hammer them with silky, samba-style soccer and goals aplenty.
Aye right.
