Perhaps I shouldn't be so pessimistic. Despite the previously documented bad feeling, Sons came away from Elgin with 3 points after a 2-0 defeat, leaving Elgin firmly planted at the botoom of Division 3 with 'null point'.
Must be a miserable time to be an Elgin City fan.
Sons next match is at home the mighty Warriors of Stenhousemuir. Stenny seem to be doing quite well just and are second place although losing 5-0 to East Stirlingshire would have been a bit embarassing. (5-0 to the 'Shire!, local rivals and all that.)
This will be a tough test for the Sons but a game we must win if we are to show any promotion potential.
